First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva and Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva have visited Bibiheybet shrine complex.
First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva was presented with a Holy Quran as she toured the sanctuary.
