At the invitation of Sodik Toshboyev, Chairman of the Committee for Religious Affairs of Uzbekistan, Ramin Mammadov will attend an international conference in Samarkand on “Maturidism – the Doctrine of Tolerance, Moderation, and Enlightenment,” scheduled for April 29–30.

The conference will bring together government officials, religious leaders, academics, and representatives of civil society from around the world to discuss the interpretation of universal values, tolerance, and moderation within the Maturidiyya tradition and their relevance in the 21st century.
