On May 1, the Chairman of the State Committee on Affairs with Religious Associations, Ramin Mammadov met with the Berl Lazar, Chief Rabbi of Russia.
During the meeting, they discussed the exemplary environment of coexistence in Azerbaijan, including the importance of mosques, as well as the attention given to Christian and Jewish religious monuments and spiritual sites. Discussions also revolved around the new realities and challenges, as well as possible perspectives regarding global interreligious dialogue.
