Chairman of the State Committee on Religious Associations Mubariz Gurbanli met with Jason Aplon and Alexander Doggen from the headquarters of the International Organization for Migration in Geneva and Vienna and  Sarhan Aktoprak head of the UN Office in Azerbaijan, on October 16.

During the meeting, the Chairman of the State Committee informed the guests about the religious situation in Azerbaijan, exemplary state-religion relations, the activities of the State Committee, as well model of harmony and tolerance between communities.

The guests expressed their pleasure with the successful implementation of the joint projects between UN Office in Azerbaijan and the State Committee on Religious Associations while stressing the importance of further beneficial cooperation in the future.
