Bishkek hosts the second international conference titled "Islam in the modern secular state" on the initiative of the State Commission for Religious Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. Representatives of government agencies, religious scholars, experts from 20 countries around the world are attending the event. Our country is represented by Sayavush Heydarov, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Religious Associations, Hidayat Orujov, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan and Aydin Alizadeh, senior research fellow of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Philosophy Institute.
