Pursuant to Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:

1. To allocate an initial amount of 1.6 million (one million six hundred thousand) manats from the Reserve Fund of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as provided for in the 2026 State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the State Committee on Affairs with Religious Associations for the preparation of project and estimate documentation and the implementation of renovation and restoration works at the Friday Mosque in Ganja.
2. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure financing in the amount specified in Clause 1 of this Decree.
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall address the issues arising from this Decree.
