In accordance with the “Rules for the Organization of Call Center Activities in State Bodies,” approved by Resolution No. 50 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a Call Center has been established under the State Committee on Affairs with Religious Associations. Its purpose is to ensure the efficient handling of citizens’ appeals, provide prompt responses, and enhance the overall effectiveness of services.

Through this service, citizens can obtain answers to various questions related to the Committee’s activities, as well as submit complaints and suggestions.

Citizens may contact the Call Center on relevant matters by dialing “8160” from both landline and mobile phones

The Call Center operates on business days from 09:00 to 18:00.
