He noted that it is one of the main goals of the future strategy of Azerbaijan to establish both intellectually and morally developed society. Politics in this direction are one of the main factors that ensure sustainable development and peaceful contribution of our country to both national and international levels.
Milikh Yevdayev, chairman of the religious community of Baku, stressed that the representatives of various nations and confessions have become in peace and tranquility in peace and tranquility. The head of the Russian and Azerbaijani diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church Bishop Aleksiy (Smirnov) spoke about the uniqueness of the environment of the tolerance in Azerbaijan. He stressed that the model of modern multiculturalism and tolerance policy in the Republic of Azerbaijan demonstrates how to win the negative challenges of our time on inter-religious xenophobia and radicalism.
Director General of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Phd, Professor Ilham Mammadzade, said that the topic of multiculturalism is of great importance especially for researchers of international relations, democracy, civil society and researchers of state development problems.  
Today, everyone is a unanimous opinion that the subject of multiculturalism must be explored, there should be a certain policy and ideology in this area.
The IV panel moderator of the IV panel in the "Theory and Practice in the World of State", Doctor of Theology, Associate Professor Agil Shirinov said that the main principles of religious education are very important for the community and state security. He said that the wrong interpretation of religion as a cause of division of society, the national and moral union is not a secret. Elnur Mustafayev, head of the Religion and Public Opinion Section of the Institute of Oriental Studies of ANAS named after Academician Ziya Bunyadov, Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor Elnur Mustafayev spoke about the role of religion and values in the regulation of social and political events and the establishment of international relations. He noted that it is necessary to train our national personnel in order to form religious thinking on a healthy level and in accordance with our national and moral values.
Mehman Ismayilov, director of Baku Theological College, Doctor of Philosophy in Theology, said that religious education is related to national politics, social identity and different approaches of citizens, etc. pointed out that it is an issue covering a wide area. Touching on the importance of providing religious education, M. Ismayilov gave extensive information about the two existing approaches to this issue - "religious education" and "education about religion".
Saying that every society has its own concept, model and practice of religion, Head of Department of Baku International Multiculturalism Center, PhD in Theology, Rashad Ilyasov stressed that there are many religious teaching models in the Western world and these models are directly or indirectly connected to churches.
