As part of the visit to Türkiye, the delegation led by Ramin Mammadov visited the “Haji Yusif Hajar” and “Ulu” mosques in Igdır.

The delegation was briefed on the significance of these mosques, which reflect the city’s cultural heritage enriched by diverse ethnic groups. It was noted that the historic mosques hold significant architectural importance and serve not only as places of worship but also as centers that guide public life. During the visits, the attention and respect given by the state to religious sites in Azerbaijan were emphasized. The delegation also presented copies of the Qur’an and other religious literature to the mosques.
